Against the needs analysis. Every participant starts with a level assessment and goals; I report attendance and progress towards those goals in plain language HR can forward.
Can training happen at our office?
Yes — at your office in Vilnius or fully online. Hybrid arrangements work too.
What levels do you teach?
All working levels. Groups are formed by assessed level so colleagues train with peers, not over their heads.
How long does a typical course run?
Most companies book a term of weekly sessions and then review. Short intensive formats are available before specific events, such as a product launch or relocation.
